Our new Studio Development Manager Miranda Hazrati, will be launching this class on Friday May 25.

Miranda is a Les Mills Advanced Instructor and teaches Bodypump at clubs across London.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Les Mills ‘Bodypump’ is a great way to get lean and toned, build strength and work all the major muscles in your body. This total body workout will also help you gain core strength, increase bone density and improve your general posture. You will develop a leaner, more athletic shape without adding bulky muscles. You can expect to burn up to 540 calories per class, with scientifically proven moves and techniques, working out to some awesome music with lots of motivation and encouragement to help you through the class!
