Coming from the Sivananda tradition, Classical Hatha Yoga stays as true as possible to the ancient teachings within a gym setting.  The class takes a slow, yet dynamic meditative pace. There would be Pranayama (breathing exercises), one hour of Asana (postures) and relaxation at the end of the class. Interweaved in the class the spiritual and philosophical aspects of Yoga are explained. This class is suitable for all levels.
