50 / 50A mix of aerobics and body conditioning exercises to give you a balanced workout.
50/50 is a mixed dynamic class, which compromises of an aerobic workout which will help to sculpt your body. It will also improve your stamina and endurance.
The first half of this class is focused around high impact and low instensity exercises which will gradually get harder as your muscles warm up and your heart rate increases. A deep stretch starts and ends the class.
The second half of the class is focused on body conditioning where your teacher Simone will work with hand weights, bar and mats for floor work. She will work you head to toe with a combination of upper and lower body exercises for a full body workout.
Get prepared to Squat, Lunge, Jacks, Kicks, Grapevines and do the Mambo. It is a fun class with all levels, well attended with all ages and has a fantastic atmosphere!
This class will strengthen, increase endurance, burn calories and keep muscles toned.
