This is a Pilates based class incorporating Pilates principles, stretch and dance conditioning.  This workout targets all major muscle groups improving posture as well as sculpting and reshaping the whole body.  The class will use gliders, hand weights, soft balls as well as the bar.  The result is sculpted arms, flat abs, lifted sear and firm thighs.
