Hi Lo is a dynamic cardiovasular training programme that combines a mix of high and low impact aerobics which will keep your heart rate up and your body moving. There will be co-ordinated moves involved and some of the exercises will be choreographed. It is a fun class designed burn those calories, improve your core body strength, stamina and endurance.
This is an up beat, energetic class which is open to all fitness levels and age groups.
