MARTIN JENNINGS
Having spent much of my childhood at an athletics track down in Brighton, sports training and exercise have always been a central part of my life.
Although no longer a sprinter, I now train towards various weekend running events ranging from 5km to full marathon distances and have competed in events all over London, the UK and further afield in Europe. As well as running, I am a keen cyclist, “enjoy” endurance obstacle events and have more recently begun Taekwondo training which has introduced me to an entirely new and gruelling approach to sport and exercise.
Now as a PT at The Hogarth I hope to draw on my personal training and fitness experience in order to help clients achieve their goals. Whether training towards a specific event or simply working towards a healthier lifestyle we’ll break down a training plan together and starting with the basics, just as any athlete, work through movement patterns, core stability drills and depending on your personal goals work towards further muscle building, strength, power and endurance phases of a training programme.
QUALIFICATIONS: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Outdoor Fitness.
