Having played team sport from an early age, exercise has always been part of who I am. If it involved running, jumping, kicking or throwing I’d be doing it. But in the end, it was gymnastics I fell in love with and pursued. Having worked in a stressful business environment for many years, I become more interested in the mental as well as physical benefits of moving and eating well. And driven by a more holistic approach to health, I moved into the wellness industry, becoming a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. My mission now is to help others move and feel better so they can live longer, happier and healthier lives. For me, training is as much about enjoying and learning from the journey as it is about seeing and feeling the results. And my role is to make sure you push (and listen to) your body to get the best out of your training.

Whether your goal is general fitness, fat burning, weight loss/management, body conditioning, improving flexibility and/or strength, or perhaps you are just interested in trying something new, I will work closely with you to deliver a tailored programme designed to keep you engaged, energised, challenged and on track.

Qualifications: REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer, REPs Level 2 Gym Instructor, Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & Weight Management, Certificate in Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management, Certificate in Advanced Nutrition for Exercise and Performance, Advanced Kettlebells, Medicine Ball Training, Circuit Training.
