My knowledge and passion for training comes from a background of many sports including Triathlons, Boxing, Surfing, Mountain Biking, Ironman and Snowboarding.

Because of this I like my Personal Training sessions to be as varied and fun as possible for the client bringing in many aspects of my own training to include: Circuits, Plyometrics, Core Stability.

I incorporate these varied training options whist remaining focused on my clients specific goals, whether they be: Weight loss, Improved tone and definition, Improved overall fitness, Increased muscle mass Or simply to get onto the road to be a healthier and fitter you.

QUALIFICATIONS: Premier International Diploma Personal Training, Sports Masseur & Nutritional Advisor, Advanced Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre & Post Natal.
