HELENA BEWICK
Throughout my childhood and teenage years the only place you would catch me was on the playing field or tennis court, (anything to avoid doing dreaded homework). With this sporting background I developed a passion for improving competitive play along with specific skills and components of fitness, although I can still hear my tennis coach shouting at me to “move those feet!”
When I started working at The Hogarth on reception two years ago, I was lucky enough to work closely with a Personal Trainer who set me up with different programmes which would improve all aspects of my fitness. Seeing physical improvements and also substantial changes in my sports performance, this gave me the passion to want to learn about it myself and help improve other people’s fitness and way of life.
I am here to work closely with you to achieve your ultimate end goal whether it is to gain muscle tone, decrease body fat percentage or improve cardiovascular fitness. My sessions will be intense but combined with fun and this is how training becomes a joy and way of life.
QUALIFICATIONS: Premier International Diploma Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Training, Circuit Training, Current training – Sports Conditioning Instructor, Advanced Nutrition in Physical Performance.
