A Hatha Yoga class with very clear instruction of principles of alignment. Rooted in Tantric traditions it integrates Asana, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Meditation. Every class is different, focusing on one specific body part to strengthen, stretch and transform from within in a deeply therapeutic way.
A heart oriented dynamic flow class, quite fast paced, requires some understanding of yoga postures, and is more demanding physically as well as mentally. Sometimes we include challenging breathing techniques or chanting, whereas in the Basics class everything is explained with lots of options and variations to suit even people with health issues or other limitations.
