Accessible to all ages and abilities, the emphasis is on precision and alignment, so the poses are explored in greater detail, encouraging a deeper understanding and awareness.  Classes are sequenced to be progressive and to develop and improve strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation so each week there will be a focus on the different groups of poses to emphasise these various aspects, making each class different. Equipment may be used to help either access or improve a particular posture and instructions are given to encourage safe practice within personal range.
